Is it for you?

The Exhibition Connection has been created for private and non-profit organisations who want to learn how to overcome challenges in the touring exhibitions industry and stage shows in hosting venues around the world.

You’ll find it useful if you have a show you want to tour, you are considering your first international collaborations, you want to hear practical, actionable advice or you want to increase revenue with your existing portfolio of shows.

Who is behind it?

Hello, my name is Liviu Tanasoaica and I lead our Travelling Exhibitions team here at Vastari. You'll be hearing me interview our podcast guests over the coming weeks, where you will learn how some of the largest organisations in the world tour their shows.

Vastari is a platform which helps you successfully promote your exhibitions to the world’s largest community of touring exhibitions hosts. On our platform you can list your show, work with a dedicated matchmaking team to research and approach venues, and place your project in these venues.

Based in London, Vastari launched in 2012. The company was founded to be global first: connecting collectors and museums in North America, Asia, the Middle East, Australia, South America, and Europe. As we became an invaluable resource for cultural institutions, we received requests to create a similar bridge between them and their institutional peers. Vastari Exhibitions is the result - the largest community of institutions in the museum world, dedicated to realigning how cultural capital is shared across borders.
